Our Guarantee
  • Animal(s) ordered at full price have a full guarantee for 30 days after date of delivery. Sale animals will have a specific guarantee based on the sale. Please inquire.
  • Upon arrival, if you are not 100% satisfied with your animals you have 48 hours to return them to Cala's Corns and shipping must be paid for by the returning party unless there is a physical defect with the animal. I must be notified before the animal(s) are returned so I can be there for the shipment. There are no exceptions to this. Sending an animal(s) back to me without notifying me prior to shipment will void your return guarantee. There will also be no refunds for returned animals. You may use those monies to purchase another animal from that year's hatchings, or use it towards a deposit for next year's hatchlings.
  • Furthermore, if within that 30 day period you encounter a problem, please contact me so I can help you solve it. If you fail to do this and/or take advice from others, your 30 day guarantee is voided. I am sorry to do this, but I cannot be responsible for someone else's information.
Terms and Conditions
  • All materials on the web pages of this domain are copyrighted material and cannot be used in any form without the written permission of the author. This applies to ALL pictures and text from any portion of this website.
  • All animals sold will be in good health and condition and will also be properly sexed.
  • All animals sold will be voluntarily feeding on appropriately sized mice, unless otherwise stated. Hatchlings will be offered both frozen thawed and live pinkies and the guarantee applies only to one or the other, not to both. Complete feeding records will accompany all hatchling snakes.
  • Next year's hatchlings may be held by a deposit of 25%. This deposit applies to your total order, and does not include shipping charges. Once your entire order becomes ready, you will be notified and will have 10 days to pay the remaining balance plus the shipping costs. If you do not pay the remaining balance on your order within 10 days, your deposit will be forfeited and animal(s) will be sold. There will be NO exceptions to this rule unless otherwise agreed upon. Your deposit will not be refunded, however, it may be applied to other animals for that season only.
  • There will be NO refunds because of canceled orders on your part. If I cannot supply the animals that you put a deposit on or paid in full, those monies will be refunded promptly. You may choose to apply that deposit or monies to other animals for that season in lieu of a refund.
  • I am certified to ship live reptiles via FedEx. At this time, that is the only option for shipping animals. All animals will be shipped overnight and delivery is usually before noon.
  • Cala's Corns guarantees overnight delivery through FedEx. One stipulation regarding this policy is that someone must be there to sign for the delivery on the first attempt. If the first delivery attempt fails, this guarantee is voided, NO exceptions! Also, if you have a 'signature waiver' on file with FedEx, this will void your live arrival guarantee. Any problems associated with shipping are to be directed to Cala's Corns only. Please DO NOT contact FedEx about late delivery or DOA animals. Cala's Corns bears the sole responsibility of the live animal guarantee. Shipping fees will vary and I do not believe in charging a flat fee. Please inquire about shipping charges to your area before purchasing. The charges will normally run between $40 and $60, depending on location. Please bear in mind that this is a per box charge, and not per snake. That being said, many animals can fit into the same box. If you have any questions about this, please do not hesitate to ask. If you can not be at your residence to accept your animal(s), most FedEx locations will allow packages to be held at that location. I feel this is safer than shipping to a residential address and would suggest choosing that option whenever possible. Additionally, all shipments that are held at the Fedex location are guaranteed for that day ONLY. If you fail to pick the box up on that day, my guarantee is voided. I'm sorry to do this, but I cannot be responsible for your delay in picking the package up.
  • I have the sole right to delay shipments based on weather. The safety of the animal(s) comes first, but I will make all possible efforts to get your animal(s) to you in a timely fashion.
  • Paypal is the preferred method of payment, and I also accept credit cards through Paypal. Personal checks and money orders are accepted, but these will need to clear my bank before I will ship the animal(s) out.
  • Prices on the price list may change periodically and without notice.
